Private Sessions

Our 50 minute private sessions are perfect for clients that are new to Pilates, as well as clients wanting to deepen their practice or customize their workout plan to their specific goals. You’ll receive individual instruction from one of our fully certified instructors. This is a great option if you don’t feel ready for a group class or have specific conditions and injuries.

To get started with private session please email the studio at fpsnashville@gmail.com All private sessions are 5o minutes in length and we must have a credit card on file to hold your appointment. By booking a private session you agree to our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your private, please do so before 12hrs of your appointment time. Privates that are cancelled within a 12hr window will be charged for that session.

  • Do I need any experience to start Pilates at Frame Pilates?
    No, you do not need any prior experience to start Pilates with us. Our classes cater to all levels of fitness and experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our skilled instructors are adept at customizing exercises to meet individual needs and skill levels.
  • What should I wear and bring to a Pilates class?
    You MUST bring socks to your class. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and lets instructors observe your form for proper alignment and movement. Avoid loose-fitting clothes. You may want to bring a water bottle and a small towel. Mats and other equipment needed for the class are provided at the studio.
  • How often should I attend Pilates classes?
    The frequency of your workouts will depend on your personal fitness goals and schedule. However, for best results, we recommend practicing Pilates 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key to gaining the maximum benefits.
  • Are private sessions available?
    Yes, we offer private sessions that provide one-on-one attention and a personalized workout plan tailored to your goals and requirements. Private sessions are perfect for those who are new to Pilates, have specific health concerns, or prefer a more personal setting.
  • How do I book a class?
    You can book classes online through our booking website, mindbody.com, or you can download the mindbody mobile app. You can also call us directly at 615-205-9626 for assistance with bookings or for more information about our class schedule.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a 12-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling a class to avoid being charged. This policy allows us to manage our class sizes effectively and offer available spots to other clients.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
